THE VAN (1996). Roddy Doyle’s novel was translated to the screen by Frears in a way that captured the Irish essence of the story about two men who try to make their fortune by opening a fish and chip van.

On the Video Front

On The Video Front is Bath’s longest running and most successful dvd rental shop. It opened in 1986, and is still going strong. We open at 11 in the morning and close at 8 in the evening, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays we are open from 2 till 8. Our staff are well informed, helpful and friendly. We have a great range of films, old and new, and new titles arrive every week.
