UNDER THE BOMBS (2007). Lebanese film shot in the aftermath of Israel’s bombing of Lebanon in 2006, without benefit of a script, as a means of bringing awareness of what happened to a wider audience. A wealthy Christian woman returns from Dubai to locate her family, but the only person who will drive her to where she wants to go is a taxi driver with his own agenda. Raw and effective.
