TELSTAR (2008). This film will probably appeal most to people of my age or older who remember UK pop music just prior to the Beatles. The English equivalent of Phil Spector was Joe Meek, an eccentric record producer who operated from a flat above the Holloway Road, and surprisingly came up with a No 1 single (the title of the film). I enjoyed it.
