I saw Saw. I did not see Saw 2. I avoided Saw 3. I had no interest in Saw 4. I left the country to avoid Saw 5. I haven't got round to seeing Saw 6. So,I am not able to provide a review for Saw 7, especially in 3D, since I have no intention of going anywhere near it, and unless you are a fan of torture porn, I think you will be well advised to go to any lengths to steer well clear.
