THE SANTA CLAUSE (1994). Christmas films are a kind of annual penance like Christmas songs. There are a few great ones like It’s A Wonderful Life, but mostly they are cheesy like this one, about an everyday Joe (Tim Allen) who has to step into the Bearded One’s shoes when he pops his clogs. Harmless but not exactly hilarious.
