QUIZ SHOW (1994). A much underrated film, and proof that despite a lot of evidence to the contrary, Robert Redord can direct a good film when he puts his mind to it. Ralph Fiennes (superb) plays Charlie van Doren, scion of an old and famous family. His appearance on a 50s quiz show marks the beginning of a painful moral decline. John Turturro plays his embittered rival.
