LES QUATRE CENT COUPS (1959). One of the greatest films of all time. Francois Truffaut was still a young man when he came up with this magical account of a troubled boy’s childhood, based in part on his own experiences. The ending alone is enough to make it worth watching. If you haven’t seen this, you aren’t interested in cinema.
