PÉPÉ LE MOKO (1937). One of a kind French thriller as gangster Jean Gabin (a truly great actor), tries to hide from the French police in the casbahs of Algiers. The film is part of a wave of great French movies from that period, which combine a kind of realism with a dash of imagination and flair.

On the Video Front

On The Video Front is Bath’s longest running and most successful dvd rental shop. It opened in 1986, and is still going strong. We open at 11 in the morning and close at 8 in the evening, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays we are open from 2 till 8. Our staff are well informed, helpful and friendly. We have a great range of films, old and new, and new titles arrive every week.
