THE PARALLAX VIEW (1974). One of the best of the conspiracy/paranoia films of the 70s, with Warren Beatty as the crusading journalist trying to uncover the secrets of a big corporation. Political assassination is the name of the game. This is definitely one of those films that wouldn’t get made today, and all the better for it.
