O LUCKY MAN! (1973). This semi-sequel to If.... doesn’t have the power and energy of the original, as it follows Malcolm McDowell out into the big wide world that awaits him, but it has some very powerful scenes, and an underlying anger at the status quo that Lindsay Anderson brought to all his films.
