ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE MIDLANDS (2002). This comedy by Shane Meadows is not one of his best films, though it does have Robert Carlyle, Shirley Henderson, Kathy Burke, Ricky Tomlinson and Rhys Ifans in the cast. Meadows is at his strongest with tougher material than this slight story about two men after the same woman.
