OFFSIDE (2006). Lovely little Iranian film about a football-mad young woman who tries her hardest to get in to see a match (women are not allowed in) by disguising herself as a guy. She’s caught and penned up with other female fans, and most of the film takes place at the back of the stadium, where the women argue with and cajole their guards. Says more about Iran than all the political rhetoric.
