AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN (1982). FOF. Syrupy romantic drama from the days of big hair and Richard Gere being young and handsome. But it’s Debra Winger who makes the film feel alive, reminding us how great she was and what a pity it is that she gave up acting.
