OBSERVE AND REPORT (2009). A disaster of cosmic proportions. It’s hard to imagine that anyone ever thought this was going to be funny. Seth Rogen plays a shopping mall cop of an intensity that makes Travis Bickle seem like Mary Poppins, as he manages to upset or injure everyone within range. No one is likeable, and nothing is funny. Avoid at all costs.
