NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN (1983). Whether for tax reasons, or because he thought he might yet win an Oscar as James Bond, Sean Connery went back on his oath (see title) for another crack at 007, in a retooling of Thunderball. A better than average cast is a plus, but can’t overcome the intrinsic silliness of the whole concept of a man who shags women and kills people as a way of life.
