JOHNNY ENGLISH (2003). Rowan Atkinson slumming it as a Bean-like James Bond, so incompetent that it’s a wonder he’s employed at all. It’s really not very funny, but children and people of limited intelligence might enjoy it, rather like The Pink Panther, which is essentially the same film.
