EASY RIDER (1969). This may have a legendary reputation, but it is entirely undeserved. Dull to the point of narcolepsy, we watch two self-indulgent hippies ride their bikes across America to the backdrop of a decent soundtrack. It only comes to life while Jack Nicholson is around (not long enough).
