THE AFRICAN QUEEN (1951). An odd couple romance set in Africa in 1914. Katherine Hepburn is an uptight spinster forced to run away from the Germans with crusty old Humphrey Bogart, and after initial antipathy, the middle aged pair fall for each other. Better than Casablanca.
