I don't understand how this became a film in the first place. All I can remember is an annoying novelty record with artificially distorted voices who were called Chipmunks, when we know perfectly well that rodents don't sing. Of course normal critical rules don't apply to a film like this, which is designed to keep small persons quiet for 90 minutes. But I will say that if I were you, I'd leave them in the cinema, and pop next door to watch or do something else.
